The Mariner's Desk app on your phone.
Yes. The app is free for seafarers, and your company doesn't have to pay for you to use it.
No. You can use the app on your own. Linking to a company is optional, and you can do it later.
You do. Your certificates and sea service belong to your account. If you change companies, you link to the new one, and your record comes with you.
No. A company can propose a change, and you decide whether to accept it. Nothing changes on your record until you do.
