Mariner’s Desk

An app for seafarers to keep their STCW certificates and sea service in one place, on their phone.

  • Certificates and expiry dates in one list.
  • Sea service recorded alongside your certificates.
  • Works offline, so a patchy connection at sea is not a problem.

On iPhone, open the web app in Safari.

Mariner’s Desk HQ

Crew and vessel readiness for operators. HQ reads the certificates on file and shows who can be deployed and which vessels are ready to sail.

  • Each crew member shown as deployable or not.
  • Each vessel shown as ready to sail or not.
  • Planned maintenance, spares tracked with reorder points, and a roster that blocks double-booking automatically.
  • Built for small to mid-sized fleet operators.

What the pilot covers, who it's for, and every document about it — all on this site.

Status
In pilot. Not yet open to everyone.
Who it is for
Operators of small and mid-sized fleets.

On the horizon

Three more products, at earlier stages.

None of these are available yet. They are built on the same certificate and sea service records.

In development

Wilson Maritime Academy

Training and qualification pathways, designed to feed straight into a seafarer’s Mariner’s Desk record.

In development

MarinerSim

A ship-handling simulator for training and familiarisation. It runs in the browser, with nothing to install.

Early concept

Cert Anchor

Checks seafarer certificates against flag state records, to catch fraud before someone is signed on.

About

Compliance records belong in one place.

Certificates expire quietly, sea service sits in notebooks and inboxes, and crew readiness is checked by hand against a sailing date. Wilson Maritime Group builds software to take that work off people.

We started with the seafarer’s own record, Mariner’s Desk, and are building up to fleet-level tools for operators. Training, simulation and verification follow from the same records.

A seafarer’s certificates and sea service stay theirs. A company can propose a change, but nothing on the record changes until the seafarer accepts it — that holds however big the fleet-level tools get.

One record.
Every credential.
No surprises at the gangway.
